On April 17, 2012, in Clinton, Obama, by admin

“President Obama released his tax returns. It turns out he made $900,000 less in 2011 then he did in 2010. You know what that means? Even Obama is doing worse under President Obama.” – Jay Leno

When David Brock applied for tax-exempt status for Media Matters for America, he told the IRS exactly who his group would be fighting against: businesses, wealthy Americans and conservative Christians.

On April 15, 2012, in @MittRomney, Taxes, by admin

Real Unemployment 12%

On April 13, 2012, in Unemployment, by admin

The official unemployment rate, currently at an unattractive 8.2%, understates the true weakness of the labor market. If you applied the July 2009 number to today’s pool of potential workers, unemployment would be somewhere north of 10%. If you applied the 2007 number, unemployment would be 11.8%.

Israel is increasingly concerned with the military build-up in Iraq amid intelligence reports that the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps is solidifying its presence in the country, according to a senior Israeli Defense Forces officer. Of particular concern is the Pentagon’s approval in late 2011 of the sale of 36 F- 16 multi-role combat aircraft to Iraq.
